We are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department and ensure all human resources operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and HR administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Develop training and development programs for staff
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and organizational culture
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain employee records, and manage HR software/systems
  • Advise management on employee-related matters
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Officer, or similar role (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
