You join our Talent, Learning and Change team as HR Project Manager; this center of expertise of about ten people coordinates and supports skills development, performance and career management, change support and employee engagement. On a daily basis, your missions are to :
On these subjects, you work directly with the HR Directors and HR Managers of each entity, including those abroad, as well as with the HR teams at headquarters.
You manage the coordination of the HR network : monthly committees, team-building events.
You actively participate in various HR development projects and strategic discussions on our talent management HR policies.

With a higher education, you have 8 years of experience in general HR functions or focused on HR development, preferably in a large structure with, ideally, a first management experience.
