As an HR Project Manager Intern, you are the bridge between executive vision and operational excellence. Working directly with our CHRO, you will serve as a trusted partner in driving the organizational rhythm and overseeing cross‑functional initiatives.
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated student ready to act as a force multiplier, turning HR strategy into seamless program delivery. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in high‑level project management and shape the future of our human capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage special ad‑hoc Human Resources projects and initiatives (responsible for successful planning, execution, and delivery)
- Conduct research and analysis to facilitate decision‑making and prepare HR insights for the CHRO
- Prepare day‑to‑day HR Business Partner operations and presentations in coordination with the CHRO
- Help track expenses & costs for the entire department in close partnership with Finance
- Facilitate meetings and workshops as needed (filter, prioritize, and synthesize information; manage time; document key decisions; ensure follow‑through on action items)
About You
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related) and looking for a long‑term internship or apprenticeship
- Project Management Skills: ability to drive projects and design presentations in a structured and simple way, turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Data‑Driven Mindset: capability to analyze metrics and data, transforming raw information into key HR insights to support strategic decision‑making
- Communication Excellence: natural communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise and professional messaging for international stakeholders
- Confidentiality & Integrity: demonstrate utmost discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information proximate to the CHRO
- Languages: fully fluent in English, enabling effective navigation between our global strategy and local impact
