Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including developing strategies, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and create job specifications
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and universities to enhance talent pipeline
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and people-related matters
- Design and deliver training sessions on key HR topics
- Offer practical, people-focused solutions to business challenges
- Identify training needs through job analysis and performance reviews
- Organise and facilitate onboarding sessions for new starters
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Lead HR projects, including process automation and system improvements
- Support employee engagement initiatives and analyse HR trends to provide insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years HR experience, including advisory role
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- Working knowledge of Luxembourg employment law ( including the banking sector collective agreement)
- Excellent spoken and written English; French is advantageous
- Strong organisational, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR projects
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bank sector experience preferred
