Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un HR Ops & Learning Specialist pour renforcer son équipe RH. Le rôle implique la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation, le soutien aux opérations RH et la gestion des bureaux, le tout au sein d'un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
As Didomi continues to grow and strengthen its HR & ESG initiatives we are looking for a HR Ops & Learning Specialist to join our HR team currently composed of a HR & ESG Director and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will focus on learning & development office life coordination and HR operational support to enable a best-in-class employee experience across our international teams. You will be reporting to our HR & ESG Director.
Our headquarters are based in Paris and regular travel to our Lille office (subsidiary) will be required to support local initiatives and ensure consistency across sites and our remote teams.
You will have the below key responsibilities :
Learning & Development (60%)
HR Operations Support (20%)
Office & Workplace Management (20%)
