Qualifications

  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans des rôles RH ou L&D, idéalement en environnement dynamique.
  • Fluent en anglais et français.
  • Organisé, proactif avec de fortes compétences interpersonnelles.

  • Diriger la mise en œuvre du plan de développement et de formation.
  • Assister aux opérations d'intégration et de sortie.
  • Gérer l'espace de bureau et assurer une expérience engageante.

Description du poste

As Didomi continues to grow and strengthen its HR & ESG initiatives we are looking for a HR Ops & Learning Specialist to join our HR team currently composed of a HR & ESG Director and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will focus on learning & development office life coordination and HR operational support to enable a best-in-class employee experience across our international teams. You will be reporting to our HR & ESG Director.

Our headquarters are based in Paris and regular travel to our Lille office (subsidiary) will be required to support local initiatives and ensure consistency across sites and our remote teams.

You will have the below key responsibilities :

Learning & Development (60%)

  • Lead the implementation of the company-wide Learning & Development plan in line with Didomis strategy compliance and ESG priorities
  • Design and deploy structured learning paths (onboarding managerial development soft skills etc.)
  • Build and maintain career development frameworks to support internal mobility and long-term growth
  • Partner with managers to identify and address skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
  • Measure the impact of learning initiatives (participation feedback collection performance indicators)

HR Operations Support (20%)

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding operations and processes
  • Help document and improve internal HR policies and communications (employee guides templates)
  • Contribute to internal HR communications and campaigns (newsletters updates processes)

Office & Workplace Management (20%)

  • Manage our office space as a welcoming and sustainable environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for office vendors and daily logistics
  • Organize internal events and wellbeing initiatives (physically and on-line remotely)
  • Coordinate workspace improvements and employee needs
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging office experience (workplace setup services supplies)

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in generalist HR or L&D roles ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Reliable process-driven with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Highly organized proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about employee experience sustainability and inclusion
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and HR systems
