We are looking for a 1- to 2-year working student, starting asap in 2025. You will gain hands-on experience in people and office management while working in a dynamic and international team.
Our People Operations Teamin Paris is responsible for supporting all employees in Operations and Headquarter roles across France. We handle the key administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle – from preparing contracts to managing documentation – and ensure that every team member has a reliable and smooth HR experience.
As part of our broader People organization, we collaborate closely with our People Team colleagues in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Wroclaw to align processes across Europe. Our team works hand-in-hand with Talent Acquisition, local Operations teams, and other departments to create a consistent and people-centered experience throughout the employee journey.
