Role Overview :

You will be joining a close-knit and dynamic team, composed of Magali, VP of Human Resources, Delphine, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Laura, HR Business Partner Europe — all always ready to take on new challenges!

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR processes, ensuring their efficiency and compliance. You will play a key role in optimizing these processes and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

This position is offered as a fixed-term contract (CDD) to cover a maternity leave.

Your Mission : Payroll Management

  • Preparation of variable payroll elements, verification, social declarations, etc.
  • Administer employee benefits such as meal vouchers, bonuses, and others.

HR Administrative Management and Monitoring

  • Create and update individual employee records in our HRIS (Lucca).
  • Draft employment contracts, amendments, and manage hiring and offboarding formalities.
  • Manage social protection schemes (health insurance, life / disability coverage, etc.).
  • Monitor occupational health check-ups.
  • Enter purchase requests and process HR-related invoices.
  • Oversee the training plan and coordinate with external partners (such as OPCOs).

HR Tools

  • Ensure HR tools (Lucca, organizational chart, etc.) are kept up to date.
  • Administer the expense reporting tool and update configurations.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases across tools and produce HR dashboards and reports.

Additional / Transversal Projects

  • Employee journey : manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Participate in HR projects related to payroll / HR compliance at the international level, depending on current events and needs.

Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Attention to detail and discretion
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team spirit and a strong customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Spanish (a strong plus)
