We are looking for a brilliant talent to join our HR Operations Team based in Massy. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our HR processes and support the growth of our organization in France. As a Senior Professional in HR Operations, you will be responsible for delivering HR service support to the HR community, business managers, and employees located in France. You will manage employment documentation and data maintenance from hire to retire, ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a high level of data quality to ensure that our employees receive their salary and its components on time. Additionally, you will perform internal quality controls, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive them. You will also communicate information regarding company policies to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation. How You Will Make an Impact:

  1. Deliver HR service support to the HR community, business managers, and employees in France.
  2. Manage employment documentation and data maintenance from hire to retire.
  3. Respond to inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders concerning HR topics.
  4. Ensure all systems and databases are up to date with current employee and organizational information.
  5. Maintain a high level of data quality to ensure timely salary payments.
  6. Perform internal quality controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  7. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance HR processes.
  8. Communicate company policies to internal stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Your Background:

  1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the HR field, preferably in time management activities.
  2. Proactive with good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  4. Good knowledge of Excel.
  5. Experience with Workday, time & attendance systems, and ticketing tools is a strong plus.
  6. Proficiency in French is a must; English B2+ level.
