HR Operations Manager - DHL Supply Chain France
Role Purpose: Deliver HR services, products, and systems while collaborating with business partners, managers, and external organizations. Focus on enhancing service delivery quality through streamlined processes and cost-effective solutions. Design and implement HR operational services using standardized BPO processes to maximize efficiency and continuously improve service performance. Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements while managing administrative and specialist HR service delivery teams.
Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with Business HR and Centers of Excellence to align HR Operations with the HR strategy and business needs.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and with suppliers to enhance HR Operations services and reputation.
- Partner with Shared Services and Specialist Services teams (e.g., Resourcing, Learning Delivery) for effective service delivery.
- Work with Global HR Operations to enhance standardized BPO processes and HR systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Global HR Operations lead in delivering high-quality HR services, engaging with stakeholders and senior HR leadership.
- Ensure the team provides exceptional HR Operations service focused on customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Manage HR projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
- Establish procedures for feedback collection and implement continuous improvement based on stakeholder input.
- Drive initiatives that yield cost savings and improved service performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement in-country HR Operations service delivery strategies.
- Lead the HR Operations team, ensuring standard processes are followed and service changes are managed effectively.
- Ensure timely resourcing and budget management for HR Operations activities and projects.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR policies and enhance DHL SC's reputation.
Requirements:
- Divisional Experience: Strong understanding of the Supply Chain business and operations.
- Functional Experience: 5-8 years in HR roles, with exposure to complex HR processes (Talent, C&B, ER/IR) and experience in senior management partnerships.
- Geographical Experience: Experience in multicultural, multinational environments.
- Education: Graduate degree and HR certification; project management and process improvement certifications are advantageous.
- Language: Fluent in English.
