An international humanitarian organization is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to oversee HR activities and ensure compliance across various country operations. The role requires at least three years of HR support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in multicultural environments. This position also involves providing technical guidance, quality assurance, and capacity building within HR teams.

DRC has been operating in West Africa since 1998 and in Latin America and the Caribbean since 2011. The DRC WANALA Regional Office is based in Dakar, Senegal, and covers several countries. Led by the Regional Executive Director, the DRC WANALA oversees, supports, and provides strategic directions for DRC’s Country Offices within the abovementioned regions. The region covers legal entities in Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Colombia, Libya, Mali, Mexico, Niger, Nigeria, Tunisia, and Venezuela. The Regional Program Team has a range of technical capacities.
The HR Operations Coordinator ensures effective and compliant HR operations in the assigned DRC’s Country operations within one of the HQ Hubs. The HR Operations Coordinator provides technical guidance and support to Country Operations, helping implement HR policies and systems consistently. The role oversees HR activities, ensuring quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and adherence to standards. The HR Operations Coordinator builds HR capabilities in assigned countries and ensures the timely, accurate, and confidential handling of HR matters. Ultimately, the role supports the achievement of business objectives through strong, compliant, and effective HR practices across the region.
