The HR Officer (Apprentice) will strengthen the existing HR team by supporting the organization on a wide range of HR matters such as induction, engagement, learning and development, talent and performance management, compensation, and payroll.

We are looking for an apprentice in Licence pro, Bachelor or higher diploma looking to join us for 12 months starting in September 2024.

Your key responsibilities

Main role and responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Supporting the HR team in organizing trainings (from A to Z: administrative tasks, enrollment, summons, scheduling rooms, welcome of trainees, assessment, interactions with training companies and the employees, update of the training master file…)
  • Supporting the streamlining of a recruitment service to all stakeholders;
  • Assisting HR colleagues with hiring and internship processes;
  • Stakeholder engagement with the business and external agents;
  • Supporting the streamlining of the new starter onboarding process. End-to-end coordination of the onboarding for new starters into the business (new starter documents, right to work checks, referencing, etc.);
  • Filing all employee-related documentation;

Your skills and experience

  • Must be eligible to work in France;
  • Good verbal and written communication capabilities in French and English are mandatory;
  • Bachelor or higher student degree with a specialization in Human Resources;
  • Interest in all HR aspects: training, recruitment, onboarding…
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Reactivity and dynamism.
