The ideal candidate should have a Bac+2 diploma, experience in HR, and be fluent in English and French. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Description

We're looking for a versatile and motivated Assistant to support our Human Resources, Administrative, General Services, and Reception activities. If you're someone who enjoys variety, stays organized under pressure, and thrives in a multicultural setting, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this diverse and hands-on position, you'll be instrumental in keeping our daily operations running smoothly—supporting HR processes, managing office logistics, and creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike.

Your Main Responsibilities

HR & Admin

  • Support onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain employee files and assist with HR administration
  • Help coordinate recruitment steps
  • Track attendance, leaves, and benefits
  • Assist with internal reporting, audit prep, and HR documentation
  • Help organize internal events, training, and employee engagement activities
  • Collaborate in corporate and local HR-related initiatives

General Services & Reception

  • Ensure a smooth and pleasant office environment
  • Coordinate with service providers and manage basic facilities requests
  • Welcome guests warmly, manage reception tasks and deliveries, and help organize logistics for visitors

Note: This is an onsite position with a broad and evolving scope.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

  • A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Bac+2 diploma (BTS, DUT GEA, or related HR/admin field)
  • Prior experience in HR administrative roles
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential matters
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
