Simaero is recruiting a Head of HR to cover a maternity leave (contract duration between 4 to 6 months) to support its development in France and internationally.Beyond the operational scope of the HR function, Simaero is looking for a Head of HR who can bring strong business expertise and a holistic vision, while respecting local specificities, in a context of global transformation and structuring.Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Head of HR will work closely with him and all members of the executive committee and collaborate with teams across France and internationally.The Head of HR is responsible for ensuring the coherence of the Group’s HR policy in line with the strategic direction set by the General Management team, covering a perimeter of approximately 200 people.
