Simaero is recruiting a Head of HR to cover a maternity leave (contract duration between 4 to 6 months) to support its development in France and internationally.

Beyond the operational scope of the HR function, Simaero is looking for a Head of HR who can bring strong business expertise and a holistic vision, while respecting local specificities, in a context of global transformation and structuring.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Head of HR will work closely with him and all members of the executive committee and collaborate with teams across France and internationally.

The Head of HR is responsible for ensuring the coherence of the Group’s HR policy in line with the strategic direction set by the General Management team, covering a perimeter of approximately 200 people. While regions are granted autonomy in day-to-day management, harmonizing processes and practices is essential to establish a common foundation across the Group.

Your role

1. Contributing to the organization, structuring, and development of the Group's transversal functions
2. Driving internal Group communication to strengthen Group culture
3. Overseeing recruitment policy and actively participating in some recruitments
4. Supporting executive committee members in their talent management responsibilities
5. Ensuring effective management of the internal Learning platform in collaboration with transversal teams
6. Advising executives and promoting management best practices
7. Providing HR management guidance to managers, including legal support and assistance in managing social relations within the Group
8. Driving and implementing group-level strategic projects

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fast-growing or rapidly evolving business environments.
• Experience in international and multicultural settings.
• Excellent command of talent acquisition, with the ability to rethink and structure this strategic area.
• Strategic vision and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Strong operational mindset, hands-on approach to implement, test, and adjust practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
