The HR Manager for DLL France and AGCO Finance France acts as a true business partner to management and international colleagues. This role requires a focus on business challenges and people management to successfully drive the people agenda. The HR Manager is a voting member of the AGCO Finance Management Teams, reports to the French General Manager, and manages an HR team of 200 members based in La Défense Paris and Beauvais.

Day to Day :

Proactively contribute to the strategic goals of the French management teams by developing and managing HR change plans, policies, tools, and processes to align personnel requirements with business goals.

  • Final responsibility for all HR matters in AGCO Finance France and DLL France.
  • Leads a team of HR professionals including HR assistants, HR Business Partners, and an HR Manager.
  • Ensures compliance with French labor laws, manages HR documentation, facilitates dialogue with employee representatives, and supports negotiations on organizational changes and employee welfare.
  • Has experience in strategic change management and business transformation projects, such as payroll provider changes and HR system transitions.
  • Translates business strategy into talent and culture initiatives, linked with engagement survey follow-up.
  • Contributes to the development of the local HR function and organizational development strategy globally.
  • Acts as a change champion, initiating and sustaining change at individual and organizational levels.
  • Develops a local HR plan aligned with global and European strategies to achieve specific goals.
  • Delivers HR processes in accordance with local and global regulations.

Essentials :

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Master's degree in HR or equivalent
  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in organizational development, talent management, reward & recognition, change management, and HR operations
  • Knowledge of French labor law and experience working with employee representatives
  • Experience in strategic change management and business transformation
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR adds value
  • International experience preferred

The role requires hybrid working, with presence in Beauvais two days a week.
