Who we are

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our HR functions as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. This high-impact role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to career development, compensation, mental health, and retention—while fostering a strong, inclusive company culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including performance-based variable pay and benefits packages.
  2. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  3. Develop career development programs and retention strategies.
  4. Ensure HR compliance with international standards and support distributed teams.
  5. Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of People or HR Director in a fast-growing environment.
  2. Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
  3. Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills.
  4. Interest in AI, HRTech, and digital transformation is a plus.
