Ardian recrute un stagiaire Learning - HR pour Paris, rattaché à la Learning Manager. Vous serez intégré(e) à l’équipe et piloterez la gestion de la plateforme LMS Rise Up, les inscriptions, les contenus et les rapports statistiques.
Vous participerez à la mise à jour du catalogue, création de contenus digitaux, et à l’analyse des données de formation tout en assurant le reporting et le suivi budgétaire du plan de formation. Début Janvier 2027 pour 6 mois.
