Ardian France recherche un stagiaire Learning au sein du département Human Resources - Learning pour Paris. Vous serez intégré(e) à l'équipe et prendrez en charge la gestion et l'animation de la plateforme eLearning (LMS Rise Up).
Vous contribuerez à la mise à jour du catalogue de formations, à la création de contenus digitaux, au suivi des inscriptions et à la production de rapports. Une première expérience en digital est appréciée et une formation RH est exigée.

Le rôle Rattaché(e) à la Learning Manager, le/la stagiaire sera pleinement intégré(e) à l'équipe et prendra en charge les missions suivantes :
Profil Étudiant(e) en Licence 3, Master 1 ou Master 2 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent Écoles de commerce, universités ou Bachelor Assistant de Gestion avec spécialisation RH
Une première expérience (stage ou alternance) d'au moins 6 mois dans un poste similaire et/ou en digital/création de contenus est appréciée
