Job summary

ARCHIMED, a leading healthcare investment firm, invites applications for a 6-month HR internship in Lyon starting January 2027. You will work with teams across France, the US, Singapore and Tokyo on HR processes and projects.

This role provides hands-on experience in onboarding, training, recruitment and performance management, with direct mentorship from an experienced HR team and opportunities to contribute to ARCHIMED Academy and global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field).
• Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development and organizational processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements.
• High attention to detail and rigor in execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (international environment).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); content creation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the performance review process (feedback collection, meeting organization, preparation of materials/content).
• Supporting ARCHIMED ACADEMY: content creation for trainings and onboarding; coordination with suppliers, on-site trainings organization, assessment and evaluation, training plan updates.
• Helping prepare presentations and HR materials.
• Supporting HR documentation and process updates (training, onboarding and performance process).
• Ad hoc HR admin support to other HR functions.

Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a global investment firm, working closely with our teams across France, the US, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Key Responsibilities

Profile & Qualifications
