25hours Hotel Terminus Nord in Paris is seeking an HR Intern to join a young, dynamic team. You will help with recruitment ads, post vacancies, and follow candidates through the hiring process.

You’ll keep HR administration running smoothly by managing files, schedules, absences, and leave, while promoting our culture with enthusiasm and collaboration. You will organize internal events and assist with IT-related HR tasks, gaining hands-on experience in hospitality HR.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources.
• Good command of English.
• Trustworthy, discreet and bring a positive attitude to everything you do.
• Thrive in a team environment; be organized, adaptable and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Support the full recruitment process by writing engaging job advertisements, posting vacancies across platforms, and following up with candidates.
• Maintain HR administration: manage employee files, schedules, absences, and leave; ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Bring positive energy to promote our company culture through enthusiasm and collaboration.
• Organize internal events and employee engagement initiatives, including well-being activities and team-building events.
• Handle IT-related HR tasks, including setting up and managing user accounts for team members.
