Overview

This HR intern position with a contract period of 3 months.

Role and Responsibilities

Korea People Team Internship, which provides learning opportunities in learning and organizational engagement parts.

Learning Supports

• Pre / post support for trainings
• E-learning system and report management
• Support statutory learning delivery and reporting to gov’t authorities

Employee Engagement support

• GPTW survey related support
• Employee events support
• Take part in engagement actions design and delivery

Support onboarding / offboarding process

• Interview arrangement
• Newcomer documentation support
• Employee personal file update
• New hire vendor registration and communication
• Update offboarding data with related vendor

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor degree(graduates, students on leave of absence, or expected graduates are eligible) in Business or related major preferred.
• Language : English proficiency at a business level
• Skills : Proficiency in MS Office
