Madbox is seeking an HR Intern to join our Paris studio for a 6-month internship. You will support onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations across France and remote work, collaborating with People & Talent Partners.

You will help coordinate performance reviews, maintain HR records, and assist with benefits. The role also involves school/university outreach, office management tasks, and contributing to engagement and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn across all HR areas including recruiting, ops and people topics.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity to explore improvements and how things work.
• Comfort with AI tools and quick adoption of new ones.
• Fluent in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding and offboarding across France, Spain, and remote, with People & Talent Partners.
• Assist with performance review logistics and maintain records and tools.
• Keep HR records, tools, and benefits accurate and up to date.
• Handle day-to-day employee requests and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate school/university relationships and participate in hiring events.
• Assist office management and flag safety/compliance issues when appropriate.
• Contribute to HR initiatives on engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
• Identify and build automations for recruitment/HR steps with AI tooling.

Join our vibrant team at Madbox as an HR Intern (6-month internship contract) and help us shape an engaging and dynamic workplace culture! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR functions and workplace management, contributing directly to the daily life of our Paris studio.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

• Support onboarding and offboarding across France, Spain, and remote, working with the People & Talent Partners
• Help run performance review logistics: track deadlines, keep tools and records updated
• Help keep HR records, tools, and benefits administration accurate and up to date
• Handle first-line day-to-day employee requests, escalating anything needing judgment or policy interpretation
• Help coordinate school/university relationships and represent Madbox at hiring events
• Support office management day-to-day (workplace requests, equipment ordering, vendor coordination); flag safety/compliance issues to the responsible owner rather than owning compliance yourself
• Contribute to HR initiatives on engagement, well-being, and inclusion
• Help identify and build automations for manual recruitment/HR steps, working alongside the team's AI tooling efforts
