The Role
This role will be based in either Paris or Brussels, and you will be required to travel between both locations regularly in order to lead the entire lifecycle of employees during their time with Teneo and support the essential day-to-day People function. You will support starters settling into their role, manage and lead on probation/settling in periods, performance processes, and assist in the promotion and annual salary review process. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting visa sponsorship and renewals, flexible working requests, the leaver process, and many other People-related processes.
There will be opportunities for you to gain experience in supporting the Europe region with the view to expanding to other regions in the near future. This role will suit someone who has a strong HR administration background and has managed multiple HR processes for a fast and demanding company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, approachable, flexible, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, highly organized, proactive, and possess strong attention to detail.
