Job summary

Euroapi, headquartered in Paris, is seeking a motivated HR Generalist Intern for a 6-month internship in an international HR team. You will gain broad exposure to operational and corporate HR across Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.

You will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities and HR reporting while collaborating with experienced HR professionals in an global environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in generalist HR and corporate HR topics
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with HR data and digital tools
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Assist HQ HR team in day-to-day HR operations
• Support Corporate HR projects (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, HR Analytics)
• Participate in HR reporting and data analysis
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives
• Support early stages of recruitment (CV screening, candidate pre-selection, interview coordination) and update recruitment tracking tools
• Assist with various HR administrative tasks and documentation

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team at Headquarters. This 6 months internship offers a broad exposure to HR activities and is a great opportunity for a Master’s student (M1 or M2) seeking hands-on experience in both operational and corporate HR functions. You will work closely with the Headquarters HR team as well as the Corporate HR teams, including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will support the HR teams in a wide range of activities, including:

• Assisting the HQ HR team in day-to-day HR operations
• Supporting Corporate HR projects (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, HR Analytics)
• Participating in HR reporting and data analysis
• Contributing to HR process improvement initiatives
