Your team

Within the HR Generalist team based in Rueil and Amsterdam, you will be supported by two HR Generalists and work closely with HRBPs, other HR functions, the payroll shared service center, and employees. The team handles HR administration, digital tools, internal mobility, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support for recruitment (filing, data verification, etc.)
  2. Manage the FMD Move process (employee transport management)
  3. Maintain and update the HR intranet (administrative content)
  4. Write and update internal HR procedures to improve operational efficiency
  5. Perform basic actions in Workday and support managers with external staff management
Skills & Experience Required
  1. Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  2. Bachelor’s student in Human Resources with strong organizational skills
  3. Comfortable with digital and office tools (Excel, SharePoint; Workday is a plus)
  4. Good writing skills and ability to summarize information
  5. Service-oriented, rigorous, and discreet
  6. Team player who thrives in dynamic and international environments
