Duties

  1. Being our in-house HR expert for France and handling all complex people-related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel.
  2. Owning and driving EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
  3. Providing a high level of support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR-related queries.
  4. Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
  5. Providing a high-touch local experience where required and helping the product and operations team create systems that can scale with Deel.

Requirements

  1. 5 years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  2. Local HR qualifications and certifications are a plus.
  3. Fluency in English and French languages.
  4. Strong analytical skills: identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
  5. Data-driven: you challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
  6. Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus.
  7. You can be located anywhere in the EMEA timezone as long as you meet the necessary requirements for the job.
