INSYCO is seeking an experienced HR Domain Lead for an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The role covers OTL, absence management, and payroll, serving as the bridge between business and the integrator during design, build, UAT, data migration, go-live and hypercare.

Strong facilitation, documentation and teaching skills are essential, with travel required. You will lead HR functional workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee testing and cutover activities, and support end-user training

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience (Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle ERP Cloud).
• Strong functional knowledge in Oracle HR, Payroll Absence Management and OTL.
• Business HR and payroll expertise; teaching skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR (OTL & Absence) functional workstreams within the Oracle ERP Cloud rollout.
• Coordinate with business, IT and integrator; drive decisions and escalate when needed.
• Review and sign off on design, build, UAT, data migration, cutover and hypercare activities.
• Contribute to testing, user training, and end-user adoption efforts.
• Support data migration, mapping validation and reconciliation.
• Facilitate change management and training for Business Champions and users.
• Travel as required for project delivery across entities.

HR Domain Lead (OTL & Absence) for an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation

A major international engineering group has embarked on a strategic program to implement a single ERP solution based on Oracle ERP Cloud, replacing the 3 different ERPs currently in use across its business units. Oracle Cloud is now live across several business units, and the program is entering its final phase: the roll-out of the Oracle Cloud Blueprint across the remaining entities still using Oracle E-Business Suite.

Job purpose

Lead the HR (OTL & Absence) functional areas of the implementation, as the interface between Business and Integrator, and support Business during Design, Build, UAT, training, cutover, data migration, go-live and hypercare.

Key responsibilities

• Project coordination: support the Functional Domain Project Manager in coordinating activities, meetings and workshops with business, IT and integrator. Act as the communication hub between business and IT, take initiatives and escal**ate** when needed.
• Process design: demonstrate the Oracle Cloud Blueprint to business, lead workshops to collect local OTL and Absence requirements (including integrations with external systems), document them, and review the integrator's solution design.
• Integrator supervision: oversee deliverables during build, configuration, reporting, SIT/UAT, defect management, production setup, cutover and documentation.
• Testing: contribute to test scenarios and scripts, guide business through UAT preparation, drive UAT execution and defect analysis.
• Data migration: contribute to the migration strategy, perform data reconciliation during SIT/UAT/Prod, support transcodification, mapping validation and issue resolution.
• Change management and training: support Business Champions and the integrator in end-user training, and deliver training as needed.
• Cutover and hypercare: support business through cutover, go-live and hypercare, and monitor issues and incidents.

Must have

• 7+ years of ERP implementation on Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle ERP Cloud
• Good functional skills in Oracle Human Resources, Payroll Absence Management and OTL
• Business expertise in Human Resources and Payroll
• Strong teaching skills
• Ability to document, present and summarize
• Ability to drive people to decisions without a managerial position
• Rigorous, pragmatic, organized
• Able to travel
