Job summary

INSYCO is seeking an experienced HR Domain Lead for an Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The role covers OTL, absence management, and payroll, serving as the bridge between business and the integrator during design, build, UAT, data migration, go-live and hypercare.

Strong facilitation, documentation and teaching skills are essential, with travel required. You will lead HR functional workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee testing and cutover activities, and support end-user training

Qualifications

7+ years of ERP implementation experience (Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle ERP Cloud).
Strong functional knowledge in Oracle HR, Payroll Absence Management and OTL.
Business HR and payroll expertise; teaching skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead HR (OTL & Absence) functional workstreams within the Oracle ERP Cloud rollout.
Coordinate with business, IT and integrator; drive decisions and escalate when needed.
Review and sign off on design, build, UAT, data migration, cutover and hypercare activities.
Contribute to testing, user training, and end-user adoption efforts.
Support data migration, mapping validation and reconciliation.
Facilitate change management and training for Business Champions and users.
Travel as required for project delivery across entities.
