Position: Global HR Director

A midsize biotech company with 200/250 employees is creating its Global HR Director position, supported by a team of 5 professionals. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will:

1. Design and implement the mid- to long-term international talent management strategy
2. Develop a strong business support partnership with all departments and subsidiaries
3. Ensure the deployment and proper application of HR policies, with a focus on performance assessment, talent management, and career development
4. Manage the training plan, employment conditions and contracts, industrial relations, and disciplinary actions or litigations if necessary
5. Instill a change management mindset related to acquisitions and cultural integration
6. Oversee onboarding programs and internal communication to support business transformation

Frequent short business trips are expected.
