MISSION

As the HR Digital & Analytics Leader, you will manage the Digital & HR Analytics activities of the Business Group to provide relevant insights on workforce management and enhance People Analytics capabilities within the HR teams.

RESPONSABILITES ET CHALLENGES
HR Data Management
  • Ensure monthly reporting, budget monitoring, and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of an HR data strategy aligned with business and employee objectives.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, privacy, and compliance across all HR systems and processes.
  • Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, DEI) to guide strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular insights to leadership on workforce trends and risks.
Advanced People Analytics
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
  • Support strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.
Digital HR Transformation
  • Actively contribute to the digitalization of HR processes, tools, and platforms to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative HR technologies in collaboration with the corporate HR team (e.g., AI, automation, self-service tools).
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, Talent, Learning, and Finance teams to identify analytics needs and co-create solutions.
  • Build data literacy within the HR function through training, tools, and dedicated support.
PROFILE
Personal Background:
  • Experience in HR processes and controlling.
  • Has operated in an international/global setup.
  • Proficiency in English.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to operate both at a detailed level and from a holistic perspective ("helicopter view").
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical acumen, with experience in quantitative data collection.
  • Ability to provide data-driven qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Highly collaborative.
