Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process.
Manage the whole internal recruitment life-cycle, including CV screening, interviews set up, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding.
Be aware of candidate care, ensuring all candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
Act as a point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process.
Strengthen GB’s local employer branding to ensure a solid talent pipeline, e.g., by participating in recruitment fairs and conducting personnel marketing activities.
Populate HR database in respect of all recruitment activities.
Request references for new employees.
Manage the internal job boards such as LinkedIn.
HR Admin & Payroll Responsibilities
Participate in all monthly processes to ensure completion.
Manage HR administration processes from start to finish, including conducting the induction, checking references, chasing background checking forms, and ensuring all new starters and leavers have the relevant information, onboarding letters, and documentation.
Ensure accurate data entry onto Workday.
