Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator is an entry-level position our Human Resources team that supports our stores organization in France. The primary responsibilities include reporting, discovery, auditing, and project work whilst at the same time supporting the HR team with their daily activities managing the personnel file administration and performance management activities for several European countries. The ability to work on a variety of HR initiatives provides the Administrator broad experience in developing their HR knowledge and know-how.

This job is located at our Regional Office in Paris, France.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Produce various reports on HR metrics, legal compliance and efficiency as needed (queries, excel documents etc.)
  • Working and implementing HR related administrative activities
  • Labor relations administration: CSE and CSSCT Meetings invitations, room bookings and unions train tickets
  • WC Quarterly payments (FRA) calculation and payment management
  • Medical centers update and payment
  • Medical visits administration
  • Work accidents declarations and management
  • BDES Database update with economic and social information
  • Professional Interview audit and follow up, e-filing
  • Associate Relations management inbox: answering associates individual queries
  • Employers attestations and training attestations writing
  • Associate action forms for store associates’ changes
  • Share company values
  • Other duties as assigned

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • 2 years after Bachelor’s Degree: Bac+2 (BTS, Licence 2…)
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel ideal
  • Intermediate MS Word
  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Internet Explorer
  • HRIS Database (PeopleSoft, ADP, or other HRIS database) ideal
  • Fluent in French and English
