ROLE DEFINITION

As an HR Consultant in EMEA HR team you will be responsible for providing HR support to a cluster of countries within the region. This will include delivering HR programs to employees and providing guidance in Human Resources. In this role you will work closely with other members of the EMEA HR Team, our Centers of Expertise, and our Business HR teams to help shape the overall work experience of our employees and leaders. You will promote a work environment focused on exceptional opportunities, experiences, and helping each employee to create a connection to our purpose. You will leverage your strategic skills to develop proactive, forward-looking plans to drive continuous improvement in the employees’ experience and business results of the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will be / what you’ll do :

  • Communicate, implement, and support the delivery of HR programs for the countries you support in the region, in alignment with the overall HR strategy and HR delivery model
  • Provide overall Human Resources support to the countries aligned to you and collaborate as appropriate with our HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners
  • Lead and advise on employee and labor relations across the countries you support
  • Engage and consult with any works councils where needed
  • Interpret, advise on and administer country law and policies
  • Collaborate with local Leadership to advance a culture centered on feedback, partnership, transparent communications, and a positive employee experience

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
