Crone Corkill are currently recruiting for a reputable established firm within financial services. Working with a supportive friendly collaborative team.

The Role

This role supports:

  • Human Resources
  • Investor Relations function
  • Compliance
Responsibilities
  • Support the Compliance officer with the management and monitoring of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime.
  • Conduct regular testing as part of the compliance monitoring programme.
  • Support the Senior HR Associate with maintaining and compiling reports/data for HR & Business Development (including DE&I).
  • Work with the Senior HR Associate and the Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Assist the Senior HR Associate with research to support the development of wellbeing processes, benefits, and salary analysis.
Investor Communications
  • Assist with investor communications including emails, newsletters, and reports.
  • Support in preparing investor presentations, quarterly updates, and briefing materials for investor meetings.
  • Maintain and update investor contact lists and CRM systems.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of investor communications and meetings.
  • Assist in tracking key investor metrics and feedback.
  • Gather and compile market data, competitor updates, and investor insights.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous administrator experience in financial services.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Strong organisational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication - both written and verbal, for investor-facing documents.
  • Attention to detail, crucial for handling sensitive financial and regulatory materials.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, IR software) - helpful but not essential.
