An established industry player is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive HR vision and strategies across global teams. This role will be based in our Paris office and will report to the Senior Manager HR Business Partner based in San Francisco.
The ideal candidate will contribute both hands-on and strategically in areas such as organizational design, talent management, development & succession planning, change management, and other organizational programs, fostering an innovative and respectful culture. Creativity and effective problem-solving are essential.
You will also assist the Labor Relations Manager and HRD with labor relations activities for the entity.
Relevant experience, skills, & knowledge

30-minute phone call with a recruiter, followed by a series of virtual interviews with the role's manager, HR Director of Central Publishing, and VP HR of Global Publishing.
