Description du poste

We are looking for an HR Business Partner

with proven ability to influence others, deliver results, and work directly with business leaders, managers, and teams to provide business-focused people solutions across global teams. This role will be based in our Paris office and will report to the Senior Manager HR Business Partner based in San Francisco.

The ideal candidate will contribute both hands-on and strategically in areas such as organizational design, talent management, development & succession planning, change management, and other organizational programs, fostering an innovative and respectful culture. Creativity and effective problem-solving are essential.

In this position, you will:
  • Lead and support global HR and business initiatives for assigned leaders and groups.
  • Drive the HR vision and people strategies to achieve positive results.
  • Partner with business leaders and managers to retain, develop, and motivate staff.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements for performance, retention, and engagement.
  • Act as a link between management and employees, providing HR support and coaching at all levels.
  • Support employees within your client group as their primary HR contact.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop leadership capabilities, identify high potentials, and plan succession.
  • Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and HR policy interpretation.
  • Implement talent management strategies to foster growth and development.
  • Manage the Performance Ecosystem for your assigned groups.
  • Use listening tools to ensure high employee engagement levels.
  • Handle employee relations and performance issues.
  • Partner with HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion to deploy strategies.
  • Contribute to creating a respectful and safe environment within Ubisoft.
  • Participate actively as part of the HR community.
  • Support organizational transformation towards a unified global culture emphasizing efficiency and cost-consciousness.
  • Help establish efficient HR processes for Global Publishing.

You will also assist the Labor Relations Manager and HRD with labor relations activities for the entity.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience, skills, & knowledge

  • Proven HR experience in a business partner role.
  • Knowledge of French labor and employment laws; experience in labor relations management is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and common sense.
  • Autonomous, able to multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience in an international company is preferred.
Additional Information:

Recruitment Process:

30-minute phone call with a recruiter, followed by a series of virtual interviews with the role's manager, HR Director of Central Publishing, and VP HR of Global Publishing.
