As part of the Royal Canin Global P&O Team, actively participate in defining Global People Priorities and support global P&O strategic initiatives. Sponsor global P&O initiatives aligned with the Talent Agenda (e.g., Graduate Program, New Senior Leaders onboarding). Contribute to defining the people ambition in OGSM & Visions and support business transformation towards becoming a health company.

What will be your key responsibilities?

P&O BP FOR GLOBAL CORPORATE FUNCTIONS LEADERSHIP TEAMS

TALENT

Functional Agenda:

  • Provide Talent partnership to Global Functional VPs and their Leadership teams to build MCR pipelines and follow Talent Plan priorities. Ensure close collaboration with the Global Petcare P&O Team for strategy and process deployment.
  • Monitor all global function assignments for governance and talent visibility.

Organization Design

  • Partner with Global Functional Leadership teams on Org Design. Lead diagnosis, design, and deployment of OD initiatives at a global scale, engaging stakeholders at regional and local levels. Ensure governance for OD requests, requiring Global P&O BP approval.

ENGAGEMENT

  • Coach Functional Leadership Teams on engagement strategies. Ensure each team drives engagement and impact plans. Act as an HPC Coach in Leadership Teams.
  • Advocate and challenge appropriately, especially when Leadership does not embody the 5 Principles.

HQ P&O Head

  • Co-create the HQLG Agenda with the HQ Head and cross-functional representatives.
  • Coordinate P&O topics with the AR team: Mars Be Well, Future of Work, Transformation projects, GLM, MTD, etc. Ensure proper communication to HQ Associates and P&O teams.

The role involves close collaboration with the Global RC POLT and Petcare ecosystem P&O Leaders, serving as the P&O co-pilot to global business functional leaders across several functions and part of their leadership teams. Maintain close relationships with the RC AR team on social agenda topics and with local P&O heads.

What are we looking for?
  • A Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees and OD/HR certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant P&O experience.
  • Proficiency in French and understanding of French social practices.
  • Experience in Talent Management, senior management partnership, Business Partnering, Organizational Development, and Line Management.
  • Experience working in a multi-country environment and successfully partnering with senior leaders across cultures.
