Job Summary:

The HRBP serves as a coordinator ensuring compliance with the country's regulations. This role supports country-specific needs, facilitates coordination of HR processes, and ensures business segment HRBP alignment and realization of synergies. By leveraging data insights, the HRBP recommends strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, ensuring harmonized HR practices across the country.

Essential Duties / Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a thought partner to country business leaders and coordinate HR processes to maintain committed and motivated teams across the country.
  2. Shape an employer brand supporting current and future business needs leveraging data and ensuring alignment with country-specific goals.
  3. Ensure compliance and create synergies in talent management across hire-to-retire processes including recruiting and development tailored to the country's needs.
  4. Coordinate joint works council communications and convert enterprise policies into local guidelines in collaboration with HRBP.
  5. Maximize harmonization of C&B approach / standard in the country.
  6. Manage and resolve individual and collective employee relations matters including support of performance improvement plan development and delivery as required; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
  7. Drive discussions with Work Councils; provide labor relations support when needed.
  8. Ensure a positive overall employee experience; provide feedback to HRBP on team dynamics, talent, and leadership development needs, etc.
  9. Deliver culture efforts and identify business-specific opportunities ensuring alignment with the country's needs.
  10. Ensure harmonization of policies and processes reflecting business segment and country-specific requirements.
  11. Lead compliance to policies and risk reduction by managing complex employee relations investigations, remediation, and corrective actions tailored to the country's regulations and standards.

Foundational:

  1. Liaise with cross-functional HR groups to support the business leveraging the full HR network of Strategic Partners and CoE Partners.
  2. Demonstrate financial acumen to drive impact and holistically shape human capital decisions tailored to the country's needs.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or French Labor Law degree.
  2. Minimum 5 years of directly related HR experience.
  3. Deep knowledge in Industrial Relations.
  4. Ability to act independently and quickly solve problems; make decisions with a strong customer-oriented focus.
  5. Embraces change and demonstrates ability to operate as an agent of change.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Proficient in HRIS (Workday is a plus).
  8. Strong Business Acumen.

LOCATION: Nanterre

CONTRACT: PERMANENT HYBRID

25% of your time will be spent travelling regularly in France.
