We're looking for an energetic HR Business Partner (f / m / d) based in France (Location is flexible : Aubagne, Chalons en Champagne, Lille or Paris) to cover a maternity leave from October 2024 to May 2025to roll out our 4 pillar HR Strategy : Supporting our profitable and sustainable growth, Develop our talents, Shape a positive culture based on Performance and contribute to make Ecolab a great place to work!

What You Will Do :

  • Assist top and middle management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development
  • Responsible for managing several key areas for the divisions / departments which you will support, such as talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee / labor relations, compensation and worker’s compensation and benefits
  • Drive talent managementfor assigned business units byimplementing talent plansto increasequality and depthin the talent employed by the business. This is inclusive of leadership, employee development, and the securing offuture business growthwith a focus on talent, and business culture or company culture
  • Leadlong-range strategic planning on change initiativesthat promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Empower people leaders with theperformance management structure andtoolsto develop criticalindividual performance metricsthat drive the performance of individuals and the business unit’s position.
  • Ensuring that thebusiness’s valuesare clearly communicated and understood at all levels of the business, clarifying on employee conduct that is necessary for realizing anengaging, high performance culturewithin the business.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related area
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Advisor, HR Generalist
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Digital savviness, team player and deeply rooted can do attitude.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
