We are seeking an energetic HR Business Partner (f/m/d) based in France (locations: Aubagne, Chalons en Champagne, Lille, or Paris) to cover a maternity leave from October 2024 to May 2025. The role involves rolling out our 4-pillar HR Strategy: supporting profitable and sustainable growth, developing talents, shaping a positive culture based on performance, and making Ecolab a great place to work.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist management in talent assessment, development, and evaluation activities
  • Manage key areas such as talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits
  • Drive talent management initiatives to enhance quality and depth of the workforce, including leadership and employee development
  • Lead strategic planning on change initiatives to improve productivity and organizational efficiency
  • Empower leaders with performance management tools to develop critical performance metrics
  • Ensure company values are communicated and understood at all levels to foster a high-performance culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5 to 10 years of HR experience (Advisor, Generalist)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Digital proficiency, team-oriented, proactive attitude
  • Effective interaction with all management levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop improvement strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
