Overview

We’re recruiting for a senior role in our HR Consulting, Employee Relations team, in France. Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with Human Resources or Business programs/processes OR a Bachelor’s Degree with experience in HR or business processes
  • Deep HR expertise in Employee Relations

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) / SHRM-CP certification
Responsibilities
Employee Relations
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to policy, culture, incidents, or threats, independently or with collaboration; recommend systematic solutions to maintain a safe, professional environment.
  • Partner with Global Employee Relations, Workplace Investigations Team, or Business & Regulatory Investigations in serious case investigations and remediation, leading investigations where resources are limited; ensure proper documentation.
  • Interpret trends in employee relations, design interventions, and recommend solutions to foster an inclusive, values-based environment.
HR Solutions Consulting
  • Provide expert consulting to managers and employees on HR programs and initiatives; influence HR strategies through insights and leadership.
  • Lead data analytics and diagnostics on organizational health, collaborate with HR Business Partners, and advise business leaders based on insights.
Capability Building
  • Enhance manager capabilities through consulting, coaching, and stakeholder engagement; collaborate with peer disciplines and global HR partners to support leadership development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs, develop implementation plans, and coordinate training efforts within the business or region.
HR Projects and Programs
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on scalable HR programs; manage HR processes and lead local HR projects tailored to specific business needs.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Operational Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft values and HR policies; collaborate with Legal to mitigate risks; update policies as needed in partnership with policy owners.
Queue Management
  • Oversee HR query management systems, assess query severity, respond appropriately, and provide feedback for process improvements.
