Evron is a historic and flagship industrial site of Babybel, with a rich history. Launched in France in 1952, Babybel revolutionized traditional cheese consumption with its unique red wax. Mini Babybel was introduced in 1977, offering the same great taste in a miniature, individual size. Today, the Evron site produces over 27,000 tons of Babybel annually and employs nearly 670 people.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Report directly to the Plant Director and be a member of the Plant's Management Committee, embodying the Bel Group's culture daily.
• Advise and support site management, frontline managers, and employees in career development.
• Develop constructive social dialogue with social partners, facilitating employee representative institutions (CSE/CSSCT) and related committees.
• Implement a GPEC policy aligned with the site's industrial challenges, including recruitment, temporary work, and knowledge transfer management.
• Oversee the training plan for employees, including needs assessment, budgeting, and implementation support.
• Ensure a dynamic social policy, managing HR processes such as performance appraisals and salary policies.
• Lead communication events to engage employees and strengthen their commitment.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team across all employee levels, including HR Deputy, HR and Payroll Admin, HR and Plant Assistant, Trainer, Nurse, and Receptionist.
• Ensure compliance with social legislation and take appropriate actions.
• Lead occupational health programs.
• Contribute to organizational transformation projects and the France HR strategic plan.
• Support your Deputy in managing another site in Mayenne and be prepared to cover as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education, such as a Master's degree with HR specialization, and at least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of the industrial sector is required; experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, determined, innovative, and adaptable to change.

Conditions:

• Permanent full-time contract, executive status, based in Evron.
