Who we are: After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI. We have developed proprietary AI and workflow technology that unifies HR data silos, identifies the right candidates for the right jobs without bias, and automates processes.

We secured $3M in funding in 2018 from successful entrepreneurs and investors, including Xavier Niel, Dominique Vidal, Romain Niccoli, Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, Franck Le Ouay, and Thibaud Elzière. Since then, we have self-funded our growth.

We love AI engineering, problem-solving, and business. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. In this role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to onboarding, career development, compensation, mental health, and retention — while building a strong, inclusive company culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Career Development & Skills Management
• Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including performance-based variable pay and benefits packages.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of People or HR Director in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, variable compensation, and career development.
• Fluent in both English and French with excellent communication skills.
