We love AI engineering, problem-solving, and business. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. This high-impact role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to onboarding, career development, compensation, mental health, and retention — while building a strong, inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Career Development & Skills Management: Design and manage career growth programs and skills development initiatives.
  2. Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation structures, including performance-based variable pay and benefits packages.
  3. Leadership & Strategy: Lead HR strategy aligned with company growth and culture.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of People or HR Director in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, variable compensation, and career development.
  • Fluent in both English and French with excellent communication skills.
