Description du poste

As the HR Business Partner for France you will play a key role within the local HR team.

For assigned client group(s) you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees in France and act as an advisor to local managers and teams. You will collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams as well as business leaders to implement people initiatives that support local business goals and align with our global HR strategy.

Your responsibilities will span a wide range of HR functions including talent development employee relations engagement and retention succession planning compensation review and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle : recruitment onboarding performance management talent development internal mobility and offboarding.
  • Manage individual and collective labour relations including interactions with employee representatives (CSE).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees fostering a positive work environment and promoting engagement.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on compensation learning & development diversity & inclusion and talent acquisition.
  • Lead annual HR processes such as performance reviews compensation cycles and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with French labour laws and propose HR policies and practices aligned with local regulations.
  • Serve as a partner to business leaders aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional and international HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Labor Law or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role ideally in an international or matrixed environment.
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with employee representative bodies (CSE).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
