Role Summary

We are building a centralized HR support function that handles administrative tasks for the HR team in EMEA. If you have a specific language skill required by certain countries, you will provide dedicated support to those teams. Our HR Assistants deliver proactive HR support to employees, following a handoff from the Talent team, especially for new hires. The role involves a variety of tasks across the employee lifecycle, working within a team that encompasses different language skills. You will handle standardized procedures to ensure compliance and support employee and manager inquiries via a ticketing system. Opportunities exist to work on cross-team projects to develop HR practices and offer job enrichment.

The candidate must be based in France.

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive support for employee administrative matters in the region
  • Assist with onboarding processes
  • Prepare employment offers and contracts
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities for new hires and communicate with hiring managers
  • Enroll new hires in benefit programs and assist with payroll setup
  • Manage HRIS system, conduct audits, and generate payroll reports
  • Administer payroll, including managing information for new hires, leavers, and payroll changes
  • Manage time systems, employee files, and ensure documentation compliance
  • Process leavers and terminations accurately and timely

What You Will Bring

  • Degree in Human Resources or at least 2 years of HR experience
  • Experience handling confidential matters
  • Ability to manage high-volume work with accuracy
  • Experience with HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sensitivity in dealing with employees
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
