Une entreprise avant-gardiste recherche un apprenti RH passionné pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à La Défense. In this position, the HR Apprentice will work under the HR VP of D&U Americas Middle-East & Africa, which is one of the 4 Nexans business groups covering 8 business units: BU Andeans (Peru, Chile, Colombia), BU Brazil, BU North America (Canada), BU North West Africa (Morocco), BU GCC Countries (Qatar), BU Sub-Saharan Africa (Ghana and Ivory Coast), BU Central Asia (Turkey) and BU Near East (Lebanon).

Purpose

  • To assist the business group HR VP, and the business units, in key transverse HR processes and analytics. The Apprentice supports local HRs with data analysis and HR campaign roll-out (performance / recognition program / satisfaction survey / diversity & inclusion).
  • Coordinate action with the D&U AMEA Internal Communication Officer.

Responsibilities And Tasks:

Performance Management

  • The apprentice is the day-to-day contact point for B.U HRs and managers, giving them support and personal assistance when needed. He/she helps users to get it right in the system, retrieving it smartly, analyzing and producing reports.
  • He/she will have to produce a presentation for the monthly Business Review of the BG (including Culture, Talent and Business performance KPIs).

HR Analytics & Employee Database

  • MyClick, the Nexans HR database, contains all data and employee information. The Apprentice is helping site HR who own data entry responsibility with the functionality of the database.
  • The Apprentice maintains a routine to collect data and monitor key HR KPIs (for example: vacancies openings, headcount movements, IDP (individual development plan) completion rate, mobility, Employee turnover, Absenteeism rate…).

Employee Engagement, Social policies & Campaigns

  • The Apprentice works to articulate the various campaigns, ensuring employee surveys are followed up by local engagement plans.
  • He/she may be helping on the recruitment process of the BG, whether it be for the team of the BG in the headquarters or BUs.

Internal Communication

  • The apprentice works closely with the HRBP BG and the Internal Communication Officer BG, ultimately spreading information wider and faster to ensure optimal internal visibility in support of change as well as in the development of digital.
  • Create simple infographics and participate in the digitalization of communications.

Expected results:

  • Language skills: English proficiency is a must.
  • Digital savvy.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • At ease with making contact, on the phone or Teams with a variety of people.
  • Reliability in his/her own time management.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work with little supervision.
  • Apprentice - 2 years.
