Ayming recherche un responsable Workday pour prendre en charge l’administration et le run du système sur un périmètre HR/Finance/Procurement/Billing. Vous serez l’interlocuteur unique pour la configuration, les changements, les incidents et la sécurité, et participerez à des projets d’amélioration continue.

Vous travaillerez dans un environnement multinational avec un modèle hybride et une forte orientation service client. Maîtrise du français requise et anglais opérationnel.

Qualifications

• Expérience pratique en administration Workday : configuration, sécurité, framework des processus métier.
• Capacité à gérer les incidents et les changements sur une plateforme critique multi-domaines.
• Capacité à travailler avec les propriétaires de données HR/Finance/Procurement/Billing et à les accompagner sans détenir leurs données.
• Expérience de structuration ou d’exploitation d’un modèle de support niveau 1/2/3.
• Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit; anglais opérationnel (relation avec l’intégrateur).

Responsabilités

• Gérer l’administration et l’exploitation de Workday et des applications associées.
• Assumer la responsabilité globale de la configuration, des changements, des incidents et de la sécurité.
• Participer à des projets Workday: conception, tests, mise en œuvre.
• Apporter une perspective run/administration dans les décisions projets.

What you will do

Own the administration and the run of Workday across Ayming, and act as the single point of accountability for configuration, change, incidents and security on the platform and on the applications connected to it.

Workday is used across HR, Finance, Procurement and Billing. This is a role for someone who wants to own an application landscape end to end : from day-to-day administration and support, to contributing on the projects that reshape it.

• Workday itself, and the applications connected to it
• Functional domains covered : HR, Finance, Procurement, Billing
• Global ownership of configuration, change, incidents and security on this perimeter
• Administer Workday and its connected applications : configuration, security, business process changes
• Carry global responsibility for configuration, change, incidents and security across the perimeter
• Manage data quality, and enable data owners to manage their own data
• Support operational teams on their day-to-day use of the applications

Support

• Provide level 2 support for requests and incidents
• Build, together with the level 1 support team, the procedures for handling requests and incidents on the applications in scope
• Act as the main point of contact for the integrator, who provides level 3 support

Project contribution

• Contribute to Workday-related projects : design, testing, implementation
• Bring the run and administration perspective into project decisions, so what gets built stays operable afterwards

Qualifications

What you bring

• Hands-on Workday administration experience : configuration, security, business process framework
• Comfortable owning incident and change management on a business-critical, multi-domain platform
• Ability to work with data owners across HR, Finance, Procurement and Billing, enabling them rather than owning their data
• Experience structuring or operating a level 1 / level 2 / level 3 support model
• Fluent French ; working English required (relationship with the integrator, international perimeter)

Ideally, but not exclusively

• Experience across several Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Procurement, Billing), even partial
• Experience piloting a Workday integrator on level 3 support
• ITIL or structured support process background
• Experience contributing to Workday projects, not only running the platform post go-live
