We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in small company administration and/or HR administration, as well as experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills. Show us you are the right fit!

Position Details:

The HR and Administrative Assistant will manage the company back office and support various HR and administrative functions. Reporting to the Chief People & Corporate Officer, the candidate should be organized, proactive, rigorous, and possess excellent communication skills. Familiarity with HR transactional and administrative matters is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling general HR, administrative, document management, and office tasks;
  • Managing incoming mail and emails;
  • Coordinating group travel bookings and accommodations;
  • Organizing company documents and archives;
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of files;
  • Assisting with recruitment and payroll processes;
  • Conducting onboarding for new employees;
  • Maintaining employee records and documentation;
  • Administering payroll and benefits;
  • Supporting HR initiatives and projects;
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations;
  • Collaborating with a multicultural and multilingual team.

Requirements:

  • Professional or university degree in administration or HR;
  • Relevant experience in small company administration and/or HR;
  • Experience with HRIS is preferred;
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite is advantageous;
  • Understanding of French labor laws;
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
