Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a HR AMOA and Payroll Consultant to accompany clients in HR transformation projects, lead AMOA GA/Payroll engagements, and support payroll solution implementations from design to go-live.

You'll deliver strategic roadmaps, vendor selections, specifications, and compliance audits, facilitate workshops, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to the growth of the practice with knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR AMOA, ideally gained in a consulting firm.
• Strong expertise in Administrative Management and Payroll.
• Project management experience.
• Participation in payroll solution implementations, from design through testing and go-live.
• Experience with assignments such as strategic roadmaps, vendor selection, specifications, white papers, compliance audits, or AMOA Build and/or Run projects.
• Good command of one or more market payroll solutions (Cegid, Cegedim, ADP, HR Access…).
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilités

• Accompany our clients in their HR transformation projects by providing your functional expertise and AMOA know-how.
• Lead or contribute to AMOA GA/Payroll engagements
• Support clients on payroll solution implementation projects (design, testing, go-live support)
• Carry out assignments such as strategic roadmaps, vendor selection assistance, drafting specifications, white papers, or compliance audits
• Facilitate business workshops and coordinate various stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality outputs and ensure project success
• Contribute to the growth of the practice by sharing your knowledge and participating in internal initiatives
