For our new plant in Dinteloord, we are looking for an allrounder to handle all HR topics at the Dutch plant. HR ADVISOR
What you do as an HR Advisor:
  1. Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures, including employment terms, collective bargaining agreements, and labor law.
  2. Work on HR projects such as onboarding, absenteeism, and process optimization.
  3. Serve as an advisor and contact point for managers and staff regarding HR questions.
  4. Manage recruitment activities for new staff.
  5. Handle employee development activities based on business plans and development interviews.
  6. Support employee absenteeism and vitality initiatives.
  7. Manage personnel administration tasks, such as preparing contracts and updating employment conditions.
  8. Prepare monthly reports for the holding company.
  9. Oversee monthly employee compensation.

  1. A completed Bachelor's degree in HR or several years of relevant work experience.
  2. Knowledge of HR legislation and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  4. People-oriented, results-driven, and good at prioritizing.
